A different kind of 4-star residence in South Tyrol

Our 4-star residence in South Tyrol is for everyone who loves the freedom of a holiday apartment but doesn't want to compromise on comfort. You stay in your own apartment with a large balcony, eat when, where, what and how you like, and head straight out into the mountains from the front door. The house takes its name from the huge “Stoa”, the stone it stands beneath and which has always protected it.

Since winter 2019, 18 modern apartments made of natural wood and glass have stood here above the village of St. Jakob, nestled into the mountain landscape as if they had always been there. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the panorama inside, while the large balcony takes you outside.
