Check-in/Check-out
Apartments are available from 3:30 pm. If you arrive after 6:00 pm, please inform us in advance.
On departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 am. Upon request and subject to availability, late check-out until 6:00 pm is possible for an additional fee.

Payment
The bill can be settled in cash (in euros, up to €4,999.99), by bank transfer, debit card or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

Booking confirmation
Your reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of our written confirmation and once the deposit has been credited to our bank account.

Parking and e-charging station
A large parking area is available for our guests. Electric cars can be charged on site for a fee.

Ski and bike room
In our annex building, you will find a spacious ski room with heated boot dryer, as well as a bike room where you can safely store and charge your bike.

Washing machine
A washing machine is available free of charge for guests in the basement.

Lift and accessibility
The entire property, including the entrance, is barrier-free. All areas can be reached by lift.

Babies and toddlers
For our youngest guests, we provide a baby cot and a highchair.

Games room
Our games room with table tennis provides entertainment for both adults and children.

Pets

Your well-behaved and house-trained pet is welcome upon request. A charge of €18 per night per pet applies (food not included).
Please bring a dog bed with a blanket. Hotel beds and upholstered furniture are reserved for guests.
Out of respect for other guests and our farmers, please always clean up after your dog and dispose of waste in the bins provided.
Please do not allow your dog to relieve itself in the courtyard, on the terrace or inside the property.
Pets are not allowed in the wellness area.
We reserve the right to charge an additional final cleaning fee of €50 and to claim damages via your liability insurance if necessary.

Cancellation policy

• Up to 60 days before arrival: free cancellation & full refund of the deposit
• 59 to 30 days before arrival: deposit is retained
• 29 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total price (minus deposit)
• From 6 days before arrival: 90% of the total price (minus deposit)
• On arrival day, no-show or early departure: 100% of the total price

To avoid these costs, we offer the option to take out HGV cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung.
